• Booking information: campground, dates, site number, number of guests, RV make/model and license plate, special requests, and payment details for reservations you make.
• Reviews and photos: ratings, comments, and photos you submit about campgrounds you have visited.
• Location information: when you use location-based search, we may process your approximate location to show nearby campgrounds.
• Usage data: device information, pages viewed, and interaction data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not collect data from your device that is used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Device Features and Permissions

Our app requests access to certain device features only when needed. You can grant or revoke these permissions in your device settings at any time.

• Location (GPS): used to find campgrounds near you when you search. Location is used only while you search; we do not continuously track your location. You may instead enter an address manually.
• Camera & Photo Library: used only when you choose to add photos to a campground review. On iOS you can grant access per photo and revoke it anytime in Settings.
• Notifications (mobile app only): if enabled, we may send push notifications such as arrival reminders and review requests. You can manage these in your device notification settings.
• Internet / Network access: required to load campground availability, process bookings, and sync data.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To process bookings and reservations and send confirmation emails containing your site number, gate codes, bathroom/laundry codes, and campground map.
• To match you with campgrounds that fit your RV and setup.
• To enable campground operators and staff to manage availability, pricing, guest notices, and reservations, and to calculate operator payouts.
• To send you arrival reminders and a departure-day review request inviting you to share your experience.
• To display reviews and photos you submit to other users.
• To provide customer support, respond to inquiries, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

How We Share Your Information

We share information only as described below:

• With campground operators and staff: when you book a site, the operator and assigned staff of that campground receive your reservation details (name, dates, site, vehicle information, and special requests) so they can prepare for your arrival and manage the property. Gate and facility codes may be shared with you and the operator.
• Service providers: third parties that help us operate our platform, such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal compliance: if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections of this policy.
