These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RVSite2Night website and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Overview of the Services

RVSite2Night connects guests seeking campsites with campground operators across the USA. Guests can search for and book available sites, receive arrival information, and leave reviews. Operators and staff can manage availability, pricing, site details, gate codes, guest notices, reservations, and payouts. We act as a booking platform and are not the provider of the campground itself.

Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to create an account and make a booking.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Operators and staff are granted access based on their assigned campground. Access may be revoked at any time.

Bookings and Reservations

• A reservation creates a binding agreement between you and the campground operator. RVSite2Night facilitates the booking and related communications.
• You agree to pay the displayed nightly rate, applicable taxes, and any booking fees shown at the time of booking.
• Upon booking you will receive a confirmation number and, where applicable, your site number, gate and facility codes, and campground map.
• You must check in and check out on the dates of your reservation and comply with the campground's rules and posted notices.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle and occupancy information you provide, including RV length and license plate details.
• Cancellations, refunds, and changes are governed by the cancellation policy shown at booking and any operator-specific terms.

Operator and Staff Responsibilities

• Operators are responsible for the accuracy of campground details, including site availability, pricing, dimensions, hookup types, gate codes, and amenities.
• Operators and staff must keep availability and pricing current and honor confirmed reservations at the rate shown.
• Operators acknowledge that RVSite2Night may retain a service fee from bookings and that payouts are calculated based on completed reservations.
• Operators must not misuse the dashboard to misrepresent availability, price, or facility access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Make false or fraudulent bookings, or attempt to bypass fees or availability controls.
• Submit false reviews, misleading photos, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute availability, pricing, or campground data without our permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
• Share gate and facility codes or access credentials outside of authorized users and your own travel party.

Reviews and User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, comments, and photos). By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services. You represent that you have the rights to any photos you upload and that your content is accurate and not unlawful. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Fees and Payments

Booking fees and taxes are shown before you confirm a reservation. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. For operators, payouts are processed according to the payout terms communicated through the Services, net of applicable service fees.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including the RVSite2Night name, logos, software, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Campground-specific information and images are provided by operators and remain the responsibility of the operator that supplied them. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding except as we expressly permit.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that a site will be available, accurately described, or suitable for your equipment. Campground conditions, codes, amenities, and staff notices are provided by operators and may change. You rely on such information at your own risk. We are not responsible for events at a campground or for the acts or omissions of operators, staff, or other guests.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVSite2Night and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us through the Services in the prior six months, or, for operators, the payouts received in that period.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, your bookings, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

Cancellation and Account Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or as otherwise necessary to protect the Services or other users.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RVSite2Night is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state for disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.
